Camden North Quarter Apartments

I'm providing a 1-star review for this apartment complex as 0 stars is not an option. Despite claiming to be a "luxury" gated community, the gate has been non-functional for months, leading to security issues like car thefts & car break ins. Management seems to lack any concerns or urgency to replace the gate. After expressing an issue I had to management, I mysteriously lost access to the community portal with an access end-date as the same day I addressed my concerns. They attribute it to be coincidence I was revoked my access, but it feels very deliberate. The focus of this apartment appears to be solely on profit, with huge rent price increases and minimal care for residents. The management is dreadful, and the overall experience falls far short of expectations. Leasing agent availability in person is minimal, 2 days a week. If you have a question or need anything they expect you to call, good luck if somebody ever picks up. Camden North Quarter is a disappointing choice—I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money & move somewhere better!!

This was the second Camden that we have lived in. Overall, our experience was pretty good. Maintenance was kind and efficient, and the amenities were nice. Anthony, the Lead Concierge is incredible, and he was willing to help in any way possible. The leasing team was always kind and knowledgable. The unit itself was beautiful, and noise wasn't much of an issue (with neighbors at least - you could hear the traffic). We definitely struggled to keep our balcony clean, even with our best efforts - it just collected dirt so easily. I don't know that much could be done about that, but it's worth noting if you are looking to enjoy your balcony. My biggest complaint is with the move out process. Our previous Camden (also in Orlando) emailed us a cute little move-out checklist to make sure we had all of our ducks in a row. At the previous apartment, I bought touch up paint for the little dings that happen when furniture is up against a wall, or to cover up the patches that come off when a command strip doesn't remove correctly. They told me not to worry about any of that, as it would be considered normal wear and tear. At this Camden, I presumed that the case would be the same, but instead we were charged just over $100 to repaint the entire apartment, because they 'couldn't be touched up'. Had I known that the small marks on the wall would've cost that, I would have purchased the paint sample myself and covered the marks. It could be argued that I shouldn't have assumed anything would transfer from one apartment to the next, but consistency across a company was what I was expecting. Noting again that my biggest complaint was the $100 charge at the end of the lease, it definitely was a good place to live. Once you get used to the noises that come with living downtown, it was enjoyable.

It's the leasing office and ROCKSTAR MAINTENANCE team for me! Everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure I've had a smooth leasing and move-in process. Shout out to Sharonda and Shelby at the office who have made me feel welcomed (hugs included) and Jose & Tito with the maintenance team who have taken care of me like royalty (including helping me install a medal rack before I made more holes and damaged the wall further). We are also SO lucky to have Tony at the concierge desk who is so courteous and friendly! Ok, this is sounding more like an award speech! On to the actual apartment... My unit was in great condition, great layout for the space, everything has a place! Amazing amenities and conveniently located near restaurants, a trail, and my new gym, F45. So excited to call Camden North Quarter my new home! As a side note, my sister lived here years ago and she still raves about the team as well, so I know it's not the honeymoon phase :)

We are so excited for our upcoming move to Orlando. My husband and I visited many areas and decided on Camden North Quarter. The location and our apartment are perfect. Orietta and the entire team have been so welcoming! The team has been extremely responsive and professional. They even reached out to do a walkthrough prior to our move. Our new home is so beautiful. Thank you for making us feel like family.
